Nathan Lewis, AIA – President/Owner
Nate graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. He has worked for multiple architecture firms in the Houston area, where he was involved in projects for schools, office buildings, hospitals, medical office buildings, and space planning for tenant occupancies. In 1992 he established Radian Architecture, where he and the Radian staff have worked with many clients on various types of projects over the years.
Becky graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. After graduating, she joined Radian Architecture and has been with the company since 2007. She has produced Space Plans for tenant occupancies in office, retail, and medical buildings and has also helped clients with interior finish selections. She is currently pursuing her Interior Design Accreditation.
Juana graduated from Los Andes University in Bogota, Colombia with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2005. She then worked as a Project Manager’s Assistant for a construction company in Bogota where she worked on multi-family projects. In December of 2006 Juana moved to Houston and joined Radian Architecture. Since then, she has been in charge of the Construction Drawings.
Lester graduated from Industrial Design University in Havana, Cuba, with a Bachelor of Industrial Design. He then worked as a Project Manager’s Assistant for an Interior Design company in Cuba where he worked on hospitality projects. After 6 years, he then worked as Project Manager for an Engineering and Architecture Company in Cuba where he worked on Institutional projects. In February of 2011, Lester moved to Ecuador and worked as a professor in the Metropolitan Design Institute of Quito and Ambato Technical University. In March 2013, Lester moved to Houston and later joined Radian Architecture. Since then, he has been in charge of the Construction Drawings for Commercial buildings as a Project Designer. He is currently pursuing his Interior Design accreditation.
Gabriela received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999. She began her internship with Legat Architects in Schaumburg, Illinois, where she was introduced to educational work. Since then, she has joined Chicagoland firms specializing in the renovation and construction of K-12 educational facilities and community colleges. She worked with The Architects’ Enterprise and Chicago Public Schools in their Millennium Schools campaign which included the remodeling and ADA upgrades to several key districts schools. She was the job captain for the Dahlquist and Lutzow Architects’ team that designed The Harold D. Rider Family Media, Science, and Fine Arts Center for the prestigious Elgin Academy. In 2014, she relocated to Houston and joined the Radian team in November. She is renovating her efforts to obtain her NCARB certification and licensure.
Brett graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2010. During his undergraduate studies, he worked part-time for Radian Architecture as an as-built surveyor. In 2011, he joined the company full-time. He currently conducts on-site surveys to produce accurate CADD Documentation for existing structures that range from single suites to entire buildings.
Christina graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2011. She is the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper and her duties include maintaining accounts receivable and payable, composing proposals, registering projects with TDLR, permit-running, and other administrative tasks.
