OPTIMUM CARE – ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY<\/h4>\n

Radian Architecture provided Space Planning, Construction Drawings, and MEP coordination for OPC. The 49,000 SF project was a new ground-up of two small, Type B Assisted Livings. We worked with the client to design a new single floor to house 32 beds, a residential-style kitchen, and several living, dining, outdoor areas, water features, etc.<\/p>\n

APEX OAKS AT FIRST COLONY – ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY<\/h4>\n

Radian Architecture provided Space Planning and Construction Drawings for Apex Oaks at First Colony. The 38,000 SF project is a new ground-up for a large, Type B Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care. We worked with the client to design a new single floor to house 120 beds, a full commercial kitchen, several living, dining and outdoor areas with decorative water features, etc.<\/p>\n

APEX OAKS AT CYPRESS – ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY<\/h4>\n

Radian Architecture provided Space Planning and Construction Drawings for the 2nd phase of Apex Oaks at Cypress. Also, provided code upgrade to the existing left wing of the building. The 11,000 SF project is a new ground-up for a large, Type B Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care. We worked with the client to design a new single floor to house 43 beds, a full commercial kitchen, a common living and dining with decorated outdoor areas, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n
