Radian Architecture provided Space Planning and Construction Drawings for many of the shell and interior build outs for the Eldridge Pointe Office Condominiums. We worked with the facility Owner and Tenants to produce designs that were economical and functional with upgraded designs and finishes at high-visibility areas of the facility. Radian also remained available for the duration of the project to discuss the plans and any refinements to the design or construction.
