Radian Architecture provided Space Planning, Construction Drawings, and MEP coordination for TRISTAR LLC.. The 34th.sf. project was a ground up, 2 story metal building for offices and a warehouse attachment. We worked with the client to design a corporate office building to house multiple offices, conference rooms and open work areas. The single story warehouse building included a receiving deck, shop and work areas, offices and store rooms.
