Radian Architecture provided Space Planning, Construction Drawings, and MEP coordination for OPC. The 49k.SF. project was a new ground up of two small type B Assisted Livings. We worked with the client to design a new single floor to house 32 beds, a homey kitchen, several living, dining, outdoor areas, water features, etc.
